We begin with an initial online questionnaire with regards to your present state of health and lifestyle habits. Working together, we can determine how you would prefer to feel in your well-being journey . An important element in this process is your readiness to reach your ultimate goals.
The first visit, we then move through a series of questions and physical observations. Designed to guide and help you formulate your personal goals. That being, with regard to your physical status, everyday functionality, emotional and social well-being.
This evaluation then generates a customised program based on a holistic therapeutic practice.
Implementing the Practice Plan
At the next visit we empower you by taking you through your specialised practice plan step by step. Ensuring your comfort, safety and adequate understanding of the plan. Your specific plan is designed to fit in with your daily schedule according to your lifestyle activities. Following the plan on a regular daily basis between sessions will transform the way you feel! This will ensure your progress is consistent and progressive. Enabling you to feel your enhanced general physical health, improved mental and emotional well-being.
Your progress will be monitored, evaluated continuously and adjusted as required towards your established goals. At each session we observe your changes in multiple dimensions.
