Healing The Body From Within
Feeling the aches and pain of a busy lifestyle?
Yoga can be viewed as or close to a one stop shop when it comes to well-being and as a preventative medicine. This comprehensive system re-balances the body in every aspect of health and optimises the function of every system in your body.
Yoga teaches us that only when all the systems are aligned can you maximise your chance for healing and health.

So when we come from a space of healing from within we are coming from for example, digestion, immunity, respiratory, circulation, emotional well-being, spiritual awareness, love, joy and the list goes on.
We usually begin this journey working with the asanas or poses.
They give you a workout, with the added bonus of a work-in.
Not only do they create space in the physical body, they offer sense of emotional spaciousness and awareness.
By freeing up the outer body – the physical body, the muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, and visceral organs – we begin the inner work usually unknowingly.
Asanas build and control the (in yogic terms) prana, or vital life force, of the body’s subtle energies.
Energies that are finer and more subtle than those of the gross physical body that we can see.
Asanas are considered to balance and heal the body as well as those subtle energies.
So as you begin this journey using the asanas, if you are new to yoga, the benefits may not seem obvious to you at first. They tend to creep up on you and suddenly you’re noticing that inward glow and vitality, not only the increased energy or outward appearance.
